Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative individual to join our team of Marketers and will be involved in Social Media Management, Content Writing, and must be an expert in SEO for the Zwart Talent foundation and Zwarttech. You will be working most of your time for the Zwart Talent Foundation, which was founded this year with an aim to empower African youth to seize global opportunities while boosting the local African economy.

Job Description/Requirements

Your Responsibilities


  • Using Social Media Marketing tools to create and maintain the company’s brand

  • Working with marketing professionals in the team to develop social media marketing strategies and campaigns

  • Interacting with clients and other stakeholders via our company’s social media accounts.

  • Analyzing the company’s digital marketing plan and social media strategy and identifying strategic weaknesses and making recommendations for improvements

  • Researching social media trends and informing management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities

  • Setting key performance indicators(KPI’S) for social media campaigns such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes and measuring a campaign’s performance against the KPIs

  • Completing writing projects,

  •  meeting deadlines and following content requirements in terms of style and project specifications

  •  Revising content whenever customers or clients request changes

  •  Helping create style guides or suggesting changes to ensure content is consistent and clear 

  • Working with customers to define their content needs

  • Conducting research on any given topic

  • Running the company’s PPC campaigns.

  • Preparing up-to-date, continuous SEO strategy reports

  • Reviewing clients’ sites for the purpose of optimization and improvement. 

  • Finding the most powerful and effective keywords for SEO content.

  • Writing enticing calls to action that converts the visitors. 

  • Writing and filling blogs and websites with quality content and related keywords.

  • Developing smart link building strategies. 

  • Keeping track and analyzing the SEO techniques and keywords in the specific industry.


      What we are looking for/Key Requirements


  • You are living in Lagos or willing to relocate.

  • Knowledge of social media management,

  • Knowledge of Content Writing,

  • SEO Expert.

  • Experience in SEO of website, Linkedin, google my business, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.

  • You have done community management before.

  • Content marketing and content growth.

  • Experience and knowledge of the common SEO practices

  • Ability to work strategically and think creatively. 

  • Fast decision-maker and problem-solving expert.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Familiarization with different SEO tools and analytics tools.

  • Ability to work on his own and with a team.

  • Adherent to deadlines.

  • Outstanding organizational, analytical, and time management skills.

  • Fluency in English and preferably another language, with great verbal and written communication skills.

  • Eager to be part of a team and proactive.

  • You can work 45hrs  a week or even more
