Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with company goals.
- Create, edit, and publish engaging content across all platforms (posts, videos, stories, reels).
- Manage daily social media activities and respond to comments/messages.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry updates.
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Run paid social media ads and optimize campaigns for the best results.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, marketing teams, and other departments.
- Maintain brand consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging.
- Grow followers, improve engagement, and drive traffic to company platforms.
Requirements:
- Degree/HND in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field (added advantage).
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, LinkedIn).
- Content creation skills, including basic graphics and video editing.
- Understanding of social media analytics and advertising tools.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently.
- Strong understanding of trends, audience behaviour, and digital strategy.
