Drive customer acquisition, engagement and retention through direct, corporate and social media marketing
Job descriptions & requirements
- Building Brand awareness through corporate marketing and ensuring that messaging and marketing are aligned with brand/company values.
- Build, retain and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients, partners, and referral centres.
- Proactively identify and follow through on new business opportunities with potential clients in the public and private sectors.
- Writing, preparing & submitting proposals, letters, executing programmes, upselling and cross-selling optical products when possible.
- Operate the organisation's digital platforms, and work with management to create content, optimise social media to drive business growth
- Handle feedback, Customer complaints, and assist management to resolve any service problems amicably without delay.
- Prepare Weekly and Monthly reports that track marketing activities vis-à-vis sales and measure business performance against goals
- Promote desired organisational culture, foster effective communication throughout the organisation and ensure adherence to SOPs to improve productivity.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
- Minimum of an OND.
