Responsibilities:
Product & Market Development:
- Market Research: Conduct research to identify potential market segments, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Growth Strategy: Assist in developing and executing go-to-market strategies to introduce products to new territories or demographics.
- Product Feedback Loop: Gather insights from the market to suggest product improvements or new features that meet customer needs.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new business leads through networking, cold outreach, and industry events.
Customer Relations Management:
- Relationship Building: Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Account Management: Regularly follow up with existing customers to understand their evolving needs and ensure they are getting maximum value from our products.
- Issue Resolution: Promptly handle customer inquiries, complaints, or technical issues, coordinating with internal teams to provide solutions.
- CRM Maintenance: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and sales activities in the company database.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, or Product Marketing.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to "pitch" ideas clearly.
- Interpersonal Skills: Natural ability to build rapport quickly and maintain professional relationships.
- Technical Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and experience using CRM software.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to look at market data and turn it into actionable suggestions.
- Mindset: A self-starter attitude with a high degree of emotional intelligence and problem-solving skills.
