Responsibilities:
- Developing the social media strategies.
- Creating content for social media platforms.
- Engaging with the online community.
- Scheduling or publishing posts.
- Doing competitor research.
- Monitoring social media performance.
- Copywriting and flexibility.
- Driving the organization's online presence to achieve business goals.
- Creating graphics
Requirements:
- Proven experience in developing and executing effective social media strategies across multiple platforms.
- Strong content creation skills, including writing, editing, and designing engaging posts tailored to specific audiences.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and grow an online community.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools for scheduling and publishing content (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in monitoring, measuring, and reporting on social media performance using platform insights or analytics tools.
- A good understanding of current social media trends, platform algorithms, and best practices.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Location: Iyana Bodija, Ibadan.
Remuneration: NGN100,000 -NGN150,000
Working Days: Monday to Friday
