Chief Security Officer

Responsibilities:

• Provides safety and security training for Guards and supervises them.
• Provide adequate security and safety for staff and company property
• Conduct security awareness training for the company’s staff and how to mitigate risk.
• Conduct fire training safety in conjunction with HSE officers.
• Liaise and attend meetings with other security agencies on security and safety matters.
• Conduct security Risk Assessments, Threat Analysis, Physical Security Assessments, Vulnerability Studies, and Security Audits.
• Work with external vendors to conduct operational audits of security systems and procedure compliance.
• Assists in gathering intelligence around security-related issues and plans appropriate responses to safeguard the operations/assets of the organization.
• Ensure timely reporting of security incidents and analyze root causes to proffer recommendations for corrective action/preventive measures.
• Develop security briefings for communication to all employees
• Collaborate with administrative services to ensure all security protocol is observed within the premises.
• Communicate important information to all employees and carry out security-related awareness /training sessions at the premises
• Carry out any other related issues on security and safety

Requirements: 

• Ex- police Officer or Military personnel
• Must be a resident in Benin
