Job Description/Requirements

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

Lead the end-to-end production of motivational TV programmes, from concept to broadcast.
Manage production schedules, crew coordination, and studio operations.
Collaborate with content creators, presenters, and technical teams to ensure high-quality output.
Oversee post-production workflows including editing, graphics, and final delivery.
Ensure compliance with broadcast standards and regulatory requirements.
Innovate new formats and storytelling techniques that align with our motivational brand.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

Bachelor’s degree in Media Production, Mass Communication, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in TV or video production, preferably in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of studio operations, camera work, lighting, and editing software.
Excellent organizational and team management skills.
Passion for motivational content and a commitment to excellence.
