Job Description/Requirements
- Own the social engine: Plan and execute a channel strategy for LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook & TikTok (calendar, posting, community management).
- Create high-performing content: Write scroll-stopping copy; brief/design graphics (Canva/Adobe); repurpose videos & podcasts into shorts/snippets.
- Grow & engage: Run experiments (hooks, formats, posting times), reply to comments/DMs, manage influencer & creator collabs where relevant.
- Build ICPs & prospect lists (Sales Navigator).
- Personalize outreach (connection notes, follow-ups, message sequences).
- Book qualified discovery calls and hand off to sales.
- Measure & report: Weekly dashboards for growth, reach, CTR, saves, and leads booked; turn insights into next-week actions.\
- Light paid support (nice-to-have): Boost posts, retargeting, lead forms, and basic A/B tests.
- Consistent posting cadence across priority channels with an approved calendar.
- Clear ICP + messaging bank; qualified LinkedIn leads weekly and a booked-call pipeline.
- Month-over-month increases in reach, saves, profile visits, and replies.
- Clean reporting rhythm with actionable insights.
- Minimum of BSC
- Minimum of 3+ years in SMM with proven B2B LinkedIn lead generation results.
- Portfolio showing campaigns you led end-to-end (strategy → content → results).
- Strong copywriting & short-form video instincts; comfortable on camera or directing on-camera talent.
- Hands-on with Sales Navigator, CRM (HubSpot/Pipedrive), and scheduling tools (Buffer/Hootsuite).
- Analytics-driven: you can set KPIs, read the numbers, and pivot quickly.
- Excellent written & spoken English; reliable execution in a remote environment.
- Basic paid social experience (LinkedIn/Meta).
- Email nurturing & simple automation workflows.
- SEO basics for social-search and YouTube shorts optimization.
