• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to align with Zipremarz Techub's marketing objectives and enhance brand visibility.
• Create and curate engaging content for different social media platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.
• Manage all social media channels, from content planning to scheduling and monitoring engagement and analytics.
• Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in social media platforms, and proactively suggest new strategies and tactics.
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, identify areas of improvement, and report on key insights.
• Monitor and manage online reviews, ensuring positive sentiment and prompt responses.
• Stay up-to-date on industry news and relevant topics to curate and share valuable content with the audience.
  

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (equivalent experience will also be considered).
• Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the technology industry.
• Solid understanding of social media platforms, their specifications, and best practices for each.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to create engaging and shareable content tailored to different platforms and target audiences.
• Experience in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and content optimization for social media.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret and act on social media metrics.
• Time management and organizational skills to effectively manage multiple social media channels and deadlines.
