Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Take charge of the company’s interactions with the public through social media platforms using a unified voice.
- Devise and implement content strategies and collect engagement data.
- Identify trends among customer interactions to help plan digital campaigns that build brand loyalty.
- Analysing data to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their goals and objectives.
- Ensure progress on all platforms by using analytical tools such as Google Analytics and others
- Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between customers and the company, and ensure a positive customer service experience
Requirement:
- Minimum academic qualification of HND/BSc in any related discipline
- Minimum of 1 year of experience handling corporate social media accounts
- Maintains a working knowledge of principles of SEO including keyword research and Google Analytics.
- Proven ability to build social media communities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Leadership skill
- Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office.
- Good knowledge of Search Engine Optimization and internet ranking for web content
Remuneration: NGN 80,000-NGN 100,000 monthly.
