Responsibilities:
- Manage company social media pages
- Create and post engaging product content and promotions
- Respond to customer inquiries and generate qualified leads
- Convert online traffic into potential customers for the sales team
- Maintain daily communication with prospects via social media and WhatsApp
- Track performance of posts and provide weekly reports
Requirements:
- Experience managing pages
- Strong communication and customer engagement skills
- Ability to generate leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities
- Basic knowledge of content creation tools (Canva is an advantage)
- Previous experience in digital marketing or sales is an advantage
