Job summary
Recruit and manage lottery agents, conduct market activations and community engagement activities, monitor agent performance within assigned territories, and submit daily and weekly field reports.

Responsibilities:
- Recruit, onboard, and manage lottery agents within assigned territories.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the agent network.
- Conduct field marketing campaigns, roadshows, market activations, and community engagement activities to promote the company's products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with lottery agents, community stakeholders, and prospective customers.
- Monitor agent performance, provide ongoing support, and ensure agents comply with company policies and operational standards.
- Educate agents on products, promotions, sales techniques, and operational procedures.
- Visit assigned territories regularly to assess market opportunities, resolve agent concerns, and strengthen market presence.
- Track competitor activities and provide market intelligence and customer feedback to management.
- Achieve assigned recruitment, activation, and sales targets.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly field activity and performance reports.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in assigned territories
- Previous field marketing or sales experience is an advantage
- Must reside in Lagos State

Location: Admiralty way, Lekki
Remuneration: NGN 150,000 - 250,000 Monthly
