Job summary
Head, Growth & Strategy is responsible for developing and executing the strategic direction for sustainable growth across all businesses within the our company. The role will identify and unlock new revenue opportunities, improve profitability, strengthen market positioning, drive business expansion, establish strategic partnerships, and institutionalize performance management systems that support long-term organizational success. Working directly with the Managing Director, the successful candidate will transform strategy into execution by leading enterprise-wide initiatives that improve commercial performance across existing businesses while identifying and launching new growth opportunities. The position requires a commercially minded strategist with exceptional analytical capability, execution discipline, leadership skills, and a proven ability to deliver measurable business growth.

- Prepare executive reports and strategic recommendations.
- Support data-driven decision making.

- Coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to expected quality.
- Track implementation milestones.
- Develop growth KPIs for business units.
- Monitor strategic execution.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews.
- Recommend corrective actions where necessary.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Marketing or related discipline.
- MBA or Master’s Degree is highly desirable.
- Professional certifications in Strategy, Project Management or Business Analysis will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years’ progressive experience in Business Strategy, Corporate Development, Retail/FMCG, Hospitality, Consumer Goods or Business Expansion
- Minimum of 3 years in a senior leadership role.
