Responsibilities:

Client Reception & Visits – Assist the manager in receiving visiting clients and accompany the manager on client visits to foster strong business relationships.
Order Follow-up – Track customer orders from placement to delivery, ensuring timely communication between the sales team, assembly line, and clients.
External Communication – Handle daily external communications with local partners, government agencies, suppliers, and other stakeholders as required.
Operational Support – Assist in daily operations and management of the local office, warehouse, and assembly line to ensure smooth business operations.
Sales Incentive – Enjoy attractive commission for any sales orders successfully generated and closed by yourself. etc.

Requirements:

A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or above.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
Proven experience in food processing machinery, electrical appliances, mechanical equipment, commercial ovens, freezers, or related industries.
Proficiency in HSK Level 4 or above. Chinese study experience in China is strongly preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Good organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools is a plus.
Must have completed NYSC (full discharge certificate). Applications without work experience will not be considered.
Full‑time positions only – no part‑time or remote work.
Previous experience with a Chinese company is an advantage.
