- Monitor our community forum and seed topics that drive daily active usage.
- Provide detailed reports on user behavior and recommend feature updates to the dev team.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in digital content management or app administration.
- An encyclopedic knowledge of football (stats, history, and current affairs).
- Proficiency in CMS tools, basic data analytics, AI tools, and impeccable grammar (including mastery of Nigerian Pidgin for localized engagement).
- You can argue about the GOAT debate while simultaneously analyzing user retention metrics.
