Job Title: Social Media Curator

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Salary: 200k

Key Responsibilities

•
Curate, plan, and schedule daily content across all social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X/Twitter, Facebook, etc.)

•
Source, select, and organize high-quality visuals, user-generated content, and brand-approved materials for posting.

•
Collaborate with designers, photographers, and content creators to maintain consistent brand tone and aesthetics.

•
Write engaging captions and adapt messaging to fit each platform’s voice and audience.

•
Monitor social trends, hashtags, and conversations to identify opportunities for brand engagement.

•
Manage content calendars and ensure posts align with marketing campaigns and brand priorities.

•
Track, analyze, and report on engagement metrics and audience growth.

•
Respond to community interactions in line with brand guidelines.

•
Stay updated on best practices, emerging tools, and algorithm changes across social platforms.

Requirements

•
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

•
Proven experience (2–3 years) managing or curating social media content for a brand or public figure.

•
Excellent understanding of social media analytics, trends, and audience behavior.

•
Strong visual sense — ability to maintain cohesive brand aesthetics.

•
Skilled in copywriting and storytelling for digital audiences.

•
Familiarity with scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, Meta Business Suite).

•
Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or other visual editing tools.
