Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Design and implement marketing strategies to generate leads, increase brand awareness, and drive customer acquisition in the competitive fintech space.
  • Digital Campaign Management: Oversee and optimise digital marketing initiatives across channels like SEO, SEM, email, and social media, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Content creation: Write compelling and creative copy for a variety of marketing materials, including website content, blog posts, social media updates, and promotional materials.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics to provide actionable insights and improve ROI.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, understand customer needs, and inform marketing strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other teams, such as sales, product, and design, to ensure marketing efforts are integrated with business objectives.
  • Project and Budget Management: Manage project timelines, coordinate with external vendors or agencies, and assist in monitoring marketing budgets.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing materials and channels. 


Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven marketing experience, with a strong focus on digital marketing.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, social media management tools).
  • Strong analytical skills with a results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinking and innovative problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
  • Familiarity with the fintech industry is a plus.
