Job Summary

As a Real Estate Relationship Sales Officer, you will be responsible for pitching property products, managing clients, and closing sales deals. You are expected to meet set targets within timelines, retain strong customer relationships, and leverage your existing client base to drive revenue. You must be experienced in real estate sales.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Build & maintain relationships with clients.
  • Convert generated leads to sales within the specified time frame
  • Achieving individual and team sales goals through proactive selling techniques
  • Recommend other estate projects based on customers’ preferences to increase sales
  • Follow up with potential customers to finalise sales
  • Inform customers of special promotions, offers and discounts to boost sales.
  • Collaborate with team members to implement promotional strategies and campaigns
  • Respond to customers' inquiries, ensuring active engagement with the online community
  • Gather and report customer feedback for insights on improving services.
  • Assist in the creation of marketing message campaigns to drive customer engagement and sales.
  • Participate in organising and promoting sales events, webinars or project launches
  • Escalating & resolving concerns as raised by clients
  • Conduct reviews to ensure that clients are satisfied with services rendered
  • Maintain relationships with clients and coordinate on client queries post booking formalities till possession.
  • Assist the client with all queries pertaining to legal, agreement, registration, etc.
  • Identify the discrepancies and include them in the notification of management at the right time.
  • Prepare various reports on a daily, weekly, quarterly, and monthly basis.
  • Ensure the regular monitoring of the client’s projects and payments, and update the client on the same.
  • Assume additional responsibilities as assigned.


Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • 3-5 years of sales experience
  • Degree in a related field
