Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide immediate first aid and emergency medical care to injured or ill employees.
- Conduct routine health assessments, fitness-for-work checks, and medical screenings.
- Maintain accurate medical records, treatment logs, and incident reports.
- Monitor occupational health risks and support workplace health programs.
- Ensure compliance with HSE policies, site rules, and regulatory health standards.
- Coordinate medical evacuations and referrals to external healthcare providers when required.
- Manage on-site clinic operations, medical supplies, and equipment.
- Participate in incident investigations and recommend preventive health measures.
- Deliver health education, awareness, and wellness campaigns to workers.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience.
- Minimum of HND.
- Hold a valid nursing license with relevant experience in occupational or industrial healthcare.
