Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for prescribing and dispensing medicines to patients and customers according to legal and ethical guidelines
- Ensure effective and efficient running of the branch assigned to the incumbent
- Maintaining and improving people’s health by providing pharmacare, as well as supplying prescription medicines.
- Determining whether the prescribed medications are optimally meeting the patient’s needs and goals of care.
- Evaluate the appropriateness and effectiveness of the patient’s medication.
Requirements:
- Pharm D or Bachelor of Pharmacy Degree (B.Pharm) from a recognised University
- Minimum of 6years post NYSC experience preferably in community pharmacy setting
- Good clinical knowledge/skills, as well as good business skills
- Good communication skills
- Strong attention to details
