Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Processing of payments and financial transactions to suppliers, Service Vendors etc.
- Reimbursements to employees.
- Verifying expense reports and querying invoice items in line with company SOPs
- Verifying and reconciling invoices
- Fund planning
- Sharing Proof of payments and maintain records.
- Completion of BRS
- Handling intercompany transactions
- Duties & NAFDAC payments process handling
- Handling Audits related to payments process
- Statutory compliances related to payments WHT etc
- Monthly VAT reconciliation and payments
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience
- Strong Knowledge on accounting principles & large data analytical skills
- NYSC and ICAN are compulsory
- Hands on experience on ERP systems
- Good interpersonal relationship & ability to lead a team
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
Remuneration: NGN 600,000
