Senior Marketer

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive property sales and brand visibility.
• Lead and coordinate marketing campaigns, activations, and promotional activities across all channels.
• Identify new marketing opportunities, partnerships, and customer acquisition strategies.
• Conduct market research to track industry trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare compelling marketing content, presentations, and sales materials.
• Manage client relationships, presentations, and follow-up engagements.
• Support affiliate companies with marketing tools, materials, and strategies.
• Generate periodic reports on marketing performance and project outcomes.
• Collaborate with the business development and sales teams to achieve revenue targets.

Requirements:

• HND/B.Sc in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing; real estate marketing experience is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of sales funnels, client management, and real estate promotion tactics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
• Proven track record of driving marketing campaigns and achieving results.
• Creative, strategic thinker, and highly proactive.
