Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable Java-based applications.
- Work with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Security).
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and Microservices.
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, DevOps, Product).
- Mentor junior developers and enforce best coding practices.
- Experience with insurance claims systems, automotive telematics, or related domains is advantageous.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional Java development experience
- Strong expertise in Spring Boot, Hibernate, JPA
- Experience with Microservices architecture & cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
- Understanding of message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
- Bonus: Experience in insurance, automotive, or financial systems
