About the team

Our software development team develops an and our core platform, called . We are currently building a completely new development team to build and create new products and functionality for our core products.

Key Responsibilities

Migrate AngularJS 1.5 and JQuery code to React.

Debug production issues across services and multiple levels of the technical stack.

Identify and address slow and inefficient front-end implementations on our codebase.

Make code reviews of team members.

Coach Juniors/Middle at least twice a week for 1.5 hours each session.

Develop responsive pages in React applications.

Develop new components for the UI library and create documentation for them.

Key participation in sprint planning and estimation of user stories/tasks.

Find win-win decisions with the design team between the best UI and development speed.

Define, create, and maintain the quality of our unit tests for the Front-end using our testing stack.

Work with Product Management and other stakeholders (Backend, UX, etc.) to iterate on new feature sets.

Help identify areas of improvement in the code base, both specific to your group and outside your group (eg. component library) and help contribute to making it better.

Consistently ship small features and improvements with minimal guidance and support from other team members.

Collaborate with the team on a larger project.

Competencies

4+ years of experience in software development using React (React hooks, Redux, TypeScript), Experience with Git, Docker, Configure CI, Experience with CSS in React-styled components, emotions, etc., PostCSS, CSS Grid, and Flex, Experience with E2E tests and unit tests AngularJs 1.5 experience is nice to have, Fluent English.
