Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel.
- Ensure all security procedures and safety protocols are strictly followed.
- Monitor entry and exit points to prevent unauthorized access.
- Conduct regular patrols and inspections of the premises.
- Prepare incident reports and escalate issues when necessary.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3–4 years of experience in a security role or supervisory position.
- Minimum of OND. or HND in any related field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of security operations and safety procedures.
