Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to clients in their homes
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Support elderly, recovering, and chronically ill clients with their care needs
- Monitor and report changes in clients’ health and well-being
- Assist with medication reminders as directed
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Maintain accurate care records and follow care plans
Requirements:
- Minimum of an OND
- 1 year of previous experience in a similar role
