Responsibilities:
Business Development and Revenue Growth:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and market segments.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase patient volume and revenue.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term clients.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and partnership agreements.
- Develop initiatives aimed at expanding the organization's customer base and market presence.
Corporate Partnerships and Retainership Development:
- Identify and secure corporate organizations, embassies, international agencies, NGOs, schools, and institutions for healthcare retainership agreements and corporate wellness programs.
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with HR departments, administrative managers, and key decision-makers within organizations.
- Promote and market executive health screening packages, employee healthcare plans, and customized wellness solutions.
- Negotiate and manage corporate retainership agreements and service contracts.
- Coordinate health talks, wellness seminars, and preventive healthcare initiatives for partner organizations.
- Monitor existing corporate relationships to ensure client satisfaction, contract renewal, and increased utilization of services.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospective corporate clients and provide regular updates on partnership opportunities.
Marketing and Brand Promotion:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to increase awareness of Arabella Women's Health and Wellness services.
- Support awareness campaigns, community outreaches, webinars, and wellness events.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the organization's visibility and reputation.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Address client concerns promptly and professionally.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling healthcare and wellness services.
Market Research and Reporting:
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Prepare weekly and monthly business development reports.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and contracts.
Representation and Networking:
- Represent Arabella Women's Health and Wellness at conferences, exhibitions, professional meetings, and networking events.
- Build relationships with healthcare providers, referral partners, and community stakeholders.
- Promote the organization's mission and services to external audiences.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, Public Health, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, or healthcare management.
- Proven track record in achieving business growth and revenue targets.
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, insurance, or corporate sales is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of healthcare retainership models and corporate wellness programs.
