We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to ensure the safety and protection of our premises, assets, staff, and visitors. The ideal candidate will prevent unauthorized access, monitor surveillance equipment, and respond promptly to security incidents.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Patrol and monitor premises regularly to maintain safety and order.
- Control access at building entrances and vehicle gates.
- Monitor surveillance systems (CCTV) and alarm systems.
- Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances.
- Provide assistance and guidance to employees, visitors, and contractors.
- Report suspicious behaviour or security breaches to the appropriate authorities.
- Prepare detailed and accurate incident reports.
- Ensure compliance with company safety and security policies.
- Assist in emergency situations such as fire evacuations or medical emergencies.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of proven experience as a security guard or similar position is an asset.
- Valid security license or certification (as per local regulations).
- Knowledge of public safety and security procedures/protocols.
- Excellent observation and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Physically fit and able to remain alert for extended periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Working Conditions:
- Shift work including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Indoor and outdoor environments.
- May involve standing or walking for long periods.
Remuneration: NGN 75,000
