- Open new sales (Supermarkets/Retail Centres) outlets.
- To achieve the company’s targets
- the Sales Manager has to directly and through the team continuously open new Channels (both distribution and sales) replace existing channels and boost the number of readership.
- Oversee distribution of the magazines and troubleshoot when there are issues.
- That the magazines are delivered on time and in the number on the distribution sheet
- Collections are made and unsold returned.
- Review sales figures and take remedial action as required
- Deepen the sales of the magazines in already opened Supermarkets/Retail outlets
