Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Actively promote and market the company’s consulting services to potential clients.
- Identify, approach, and acquire new customers in assigned territories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
- Represent the company professionally during client visits, presentations, and networking events.
- Provide timely feedback to management on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions.
Requirements:
- BSc./HND/OND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or related roles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Willingness to work in the field and meet clients face-to-face.
- Self-motivated and goal-driven with the ability to meet sales targets.
- Familiarity with basic sales reporting tools and CRM systems is an added advantage.
