A Freight Forwarding Sales Executive identifies new clients, sells air/sea logistics services, prepares quotes, negotiates deals, and ensures client satisfaction by coordinating with operations, focusing heavily on building relationships, understanding supply chains, and hitting revenue targets through both new business (hunting)

- Business Development: Identify, prospect, and secure new clients to expand the customer base and meet sales targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Solution Selling: Understand client shipping needs and propose tailored freight forwarding solutions (air, ocean, land).
- Quoting & Negotiation: Prepare competitive quotes, present proposals, and negotiate contract terms.
- Internal Coordination: Work closely with operations, documentation, and other teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Market Analysis: Research market trends, competitors, and potential growth areas.
- Reporting: Monitor, report, and analyze sales performance metrics and forecasts.
- Industry Engagement: Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote the company.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
