Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls. 
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers. 
  • Meeting planned sales goals. 
  • Close at least 3 personal deals every Month. 
  • Setting individual sales targets with the sales team. 
  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results, as necessary. 
  • Coordinating with marketing on lead generation. 
  • Promoting the organization and products. 
  • Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products. 
  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings. 
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives. 
  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities. 
  • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones. 
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales. 
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events. 
  • Developing quotes and proposals for clients. 
  • Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills. 
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs. 
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships. 
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling. 
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction. 
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule. 
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments 
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports.
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services. 
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
  • Continuously improve through feedback 
  • Write and pass at least one Microsoft certification Exam monthly.
  • Managing clients' accounts.
  • Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
  • Sourcing for hardware vendors.


Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in business and management or any other related field.
  • 1 - 2 years of sales/marketing experience
  • Experience with Microsoft solutions will be an added advantage
  • Ability to make intelligent business decisions
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to nurture relationships with clients (new and existing)
  • Ability to qualify leads
  • Decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to organize events for customers to pitch about a particular product


Monthly KPI:

  • Close at least 3 new deals
  • Be able to close 70% of leads that would be generated by the management.
  • Customer retention through the introduction of new solutions to an existing customer.
