Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and motivated Sales executive to join our sales team! As our Sales Executive, your main responsibility will be to drive our business success by implementing a strong and sustainable sales strategy. You and your team's main goal will be to turn leads and prospects into paid users.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Research and signup clients and partners based on targets
  • Research and analyze sales options
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects
  • Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products 
  • Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports
  • Build and maintain professional networks
  • Meet with potential clients to determine their needs
  • Find prospects and leads
  • Learn details about our products and services
  • Understand all the prospects' needs, problems or wants
  • Sell our solutions to clients
  • Investigate leads and find out about them as much as possible before contacting them
  • Consult with sales and marketing team to ensure the efficiency
  • Identify, track and monitor your most important sales KPIs
  • Prepare and present reports when needed
  • Stay up to date with the latest sales trends and best practices
  • Report to the management team


Requirement:

  • An OND, HND, or a BSC in Business management, marketing, and sales or a related field.
  • 1 - 2 years of experience working as a Sales Executive or similar role
  • Great Competency in the English Language
  • Adequate fieldwork experience.
  • Knowledge of MS Office software and CRM software
  • Ability to negotiate and knowledge of marketing
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations
  • Fast learner and quick thinker
  • Passionate about sales
  • Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment
  • Proven record of successful deals closed
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent team player
  • Excellent leadership skills and Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
