Sales & Customer Experience Officer
Job summary
Sales-first, parent-facing role focused on converting inquiries into enrollments. You’ll own the customer journey, manage leads through the sales funnel, and support the customer experience team by assisting with parent questions and escalations as needed.

Responsibilities:
Enrollment & Sales (Primary Responsibility)
- Respond quickly and warmly to new inquiries via text and email.
- Follow and improve our sales pipeline.
- Maintain and update the HubSpot pipeline with accurate lead status and notes.
- Hit monthly targets for bookings, conversions, and subject enrollments.
- Follow up with no-shows, warm leads, and trial families.
Onboarding & Parent Support
- Provide an organized onboarding experience to help families understand next steps.
- Explain expectations, scheduling policies, communication channels, and center details.
- Share learning plans, FAQs, and guidance after the diagnostic test.
- Coordinate with center staff to ensure students are properly placed and set up
Customer Issue Resolution (HubSpot Tickets)
- Work with the customer support team to ensure customers have the best experience possible.
- Document concerns, resolutions, and follow-up communication accurately.
- Communicate professionally and empathetically during any escalation.
- Collaborate with operations and center staff to deliver timely resolutions.
Reporting & Collaboration
- Provide weekly reporting on inquiries, conversions, parent satisfaction, and issue trends.
- Work closely with the marketing team to support key campaigns (Back-to-School, ESA, etc.).
- Share insights to improve messaging, systems, and family experience workflows
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Minimum of a BSc
