The Real Estate Sales Closer is responsible for converting prospective clients into buyers by presenting property solutions, handling negotiations, and successfully closing sales deals. Responsibilities:
Sales & Client Conversion:
- Follow up on qualified leads and prospective clients.
- Present and explain property features, pricing, and payment plans to clients.
- Build strong relationships with potential buyers and investors.
- Convert inquiries into successful property purchases.
- Conduct property inspections and site visits with clients.
- Negotiate deals and close sales professionally.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the sales process.
- Address client concerns and objections effectively.
- Ensure excellent customer service before and after sales.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
Documentation & Reporting:
- Assist clients with required documentation and agreements.
- Ensure all sales documents are properly completed and submitted.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Update CRM systems and sales databases regularly.
Market Awareness:
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and property values.
- Recommend suitable properties based on client needs and budgets.
- Participate in marketing campaigns, open houses, and promotional events.
Requirements:
- Minimum BSC
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
