Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in selecting jewellery pieces that match their preferences and budget.
- Provide detailed information about products, including materials, quality, and pricing.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure product displays are well-organised and visually appealing.
- Process sales transactions efficiently and handle cash or POS payments accurately.
- Support daily shop operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.
- Ensure the showroom is clean, organised, and welcoming to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in jewellery, fashion, or luxury products.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and product presentation.
- Confidence in handling sales transactions and working towards targets.
- Neat, well-groomed, and presentable appearance.
- Must be reliable, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Location: Wuse Zone 6, Abuja
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (subject to store hours)
Remuneration: NGN 100,000 – 150,000 Monthly (Based on experience and performance)
