Sales and Marketing Executive (Degree in Social Science and Arts in any recognized institution), who is able to multi task to develop new business interests, follow up existing business channels and coordinate sales out outlet in Entertainment, Agro Allied, Real Estate and Engineering.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a keen knowledge base of the operation of the organization
- Plan out & strategize business opportunity moves: Gain knowledge as to which new prospective contract opportunities exist and institute a process to secure such.
- Initiate a strong campaign to secure jobs by a thorough and consistent follow-up
- Check the internet regularly to take advantage of any on-line bid invitations e.g. the Nipex website and Review daily newspapers and internet in search of publicized bids/tenders
- Obtain and keep finger-tip ready, documents required for the preparation of a professional bid/tender for submission where required. (This should be in both soft & hardcopy mode)
- Maintain formal business relationships by calling, ‘pop-in’ visits
- Obtain referrals from existing clients/new clients to confirm company’s job expertise
- Create concise client list database capturing relevant information: Company (name & address), Contact Name(s) & Designation(s), Telephone & Email: Develop client list for the distribution of company gifts
- Prepare a weekly 1-page report detailing the week’s activities, present job status, target, closure date and submit to your team Lead on Friday; this will form base of discussion at the start of the next week.
- Pursue relevant company registration with reputable organization for the purpose of securing contract opportunities.
- Conduct PowerPoint’ presentation in readiness for client presentations
- Aggressively seek new business channels and outlets, both great and small to enable the company greater experience and visibility opportunities.
- Build and secure a strong client list and liaise with key personnel to constantly maintain a viable information base on related matters to profit the company
- Manage and coordinate all Group Sales and Marketing channels Outlets and ensure profitability.
- Oversee all production process from start to sales of all Agro-Allied venture of the Group to ensure smooth and consistent growth of the business.
- Manage and oversee all Oil and Gas Outlets of the Group for effective sales and marketing of all energy products, including new ventures.
- Liaise with the Administrative, Operations, Investment and Opportunity teams for effective sales and marketing of the Group Product and Services.
- Lead in preparation of Pre-qualification bids for opportunities published in the dailies, internets or other notification and ensure follow up.
- Participate in preparation of Commercial bids for opportunities published in the dailies, internets or other notification.
- Oversee and manage the GROUP websites and social media marketing channels for effective functionality.
- Other reasonable and related company assignments that may be required of me from time to time.
Requirements:
- Minimum BSc/HND
- 2 years of previous work experience in similar role
