Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven sales executive to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.

  • Minimum Qualification:OND
  • Experience Level:Entry level
  • Experience Length:1 year

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Selling of insurance products.
  • Sourcing of clients and leads conversion
  • Going for storms
  • Closing deals
  • Coming to work twice a week

Requirements:

  • University degree, HND, and ND
  • Sales experience is an added advantage
  • Must Posses a strong combination of sales and customer relationship management skills
  • Must have excellent presentation skill
  • Must be able to deliver excellent customer service
  • Ability to achieve or exceed sales target
  • Must be results-oriented
  • Proficient use of computer application

Payment structure:

  • Fixed commission
  • Performance bonus (attached to the monthly target of NGN 250,000 monthly to get NGN 50,000)
