- Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks and must be familiar with industry’s best practices with good knowledge of various Foods.
- To run kitchen in a creative and innovative way, with a twist from the traditional is important. Must be able to launch new concepts, introduce signature dishes and must have proven record in quality guest experience.
- Must be able to lead, manager, organize all aspects of food production to the highest professional standard.
- Experience in high-end operations, international exposure and knowledge of international food products is compulsory.

Required Skills / Attributes

- Must possess 3 years working experience
