Job Purpose
The Resident Project Manager is responsible for overall site execution, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
Job Description:
Oversee daily execution of all civil works.
Coordinate production, planning, QA/QC, and HSE teams.
Liaise with client/consultant for approvals and reporting.
Enforce adherence to specifications, standards, and safety.
Resolve site conflicts and manage resources.
Requirements:
BSc/BEng Civil Engineering. MSc an advantage.
15+ years’ experience in highway/bridge projects.
COREN registered. PMP experience preferred.
Skills & Competence:
Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
Deep technical knowledge of highway engineering.
Excellent contract and stakeholder management.
