Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Reservations Revenue Manager to join our team in Lagos. This on-site role involves developing and executing revenue strategies to optimize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include analyzing booking trends and performance data, managing reservations processes, optimizing room revenue, and collaborating with departments to meet financial objectives. The role also involves preparing revenue forecasts, monitoring competitor activities, and providing actionable recommendations to improve overall performance.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Revenue Analysis capabilities
• Proficiency in Revenue Management, including strategy development and forecasting
• Experience with Reservations systems and processes
• Excellent Communication skills for stakeholder collaboration and client interactions
• Proficiency in using revenue management software and tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a results-driven mindset
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage
