We are seeking a detail-orientated and highly analytical Accounts & Finance Officer to manage the financial operations of a fast-paced hospitality business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, monitoring daily transactions, and supporting management with timely financial insights to ensure effective decision-making and cost control.

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Record and manage daily financial transactions
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports
- Monitor sales, expenses, and cash flow
- Reconcile accounts and balances
- Supervise payroll preparation
- Track prepayments, operational costs and profitability
- Monitor inventory and financial controls
- Prepare financial summaries for management
- Ensure accuracy in all financial records
- Support budgeting and cost control processes
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 2 - 4 years' experience
- Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality accounting is an added advantage
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- High level of integrity and accountability
- Good knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software is an advantage
