Responsibilities:
- As the Head of Operations, you will:
- Lead the Bank's day-to-day banking and fintech operations.
- Oversee customer and account operations, transaction processing, settlement oversight, and service delivery.
- Strengthen operational controls.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related discipline. MBA or MSc. is an additional advantage.
- A minimum of 6 years' experience in banking, payments, or fintech operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
