Requirements:

- Experience running socials for a brand or personal page (show proof)
- Comfortable with fintech/compliance tone (we’ll teach the exact wording)
- Available African or European hours (GMT–GMT+3)
- Laptop + reliable internet
- Canva, CapCut/Notion knowledge is a big plus
- Bonus points: Past VA or growth assistant role
- Lives in Nigeria/Ghana/Kenya (easier payments)
