The C3 Project is a transformative initiative aimed at empowering Nigeria's youth and women through advanced digital skills training and remote work opportunities. We are seeking a passionate and experienced HR Manager/Recruiter to join our team in Lekki, Lagos. This role is critical in driving our mission forward by overseeing talent acquisition, enhancing employee engagement, and leveraging HR analytics for strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:

  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) to streamline the hiring process and ensure best practices.
  • Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and make hiring recommendations to build a diverse and skilled talent pool.

Employee Engagement and Retention:

  • Create a positive work environment that fosters employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Implement employee engagement programs and initiatives to boost workplace morale.
  • Conduct regular feedback sessions and surveys to understand and address employee concerns.

Onboarding and Training:

  • Design and manage comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration of new hires.
  • Coordinate and deliver training sessions to support professional development and skill enhancement.
  • Develop and implement career development plans for employees to promote growth within the organization.

HR Analytics and Data Management:

  • Use HR analytics to make data-driven decisions and improve HR processes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including HRIS and employee files.
  • Generate reports and insights to support strategic HR planning and initiatives.

Program Management and Career Coaching:

  • Lead career coaching sessions and provide support for career transitions and development.
  • Work with clients to create tailored job search strategies and improve interview performance.
  • Optimize LinkedIn profiles and resumes to enhance visibility and attract potential employers.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management and talent acquisition.
  • Certified professional affiliated with the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM) and International Project Management Professionals (IPMP).
  • Proven experience in using HR analytics to drive decisions.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in English.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Lekki, Lagos, Nigeria

Type: Full-Time

Work Schedule: Living at the Location in Lekki Lagos/ 12-hour shifts with 3-hour breaks, Monday through Friday
