- Conduct prenatal check-ups and assessments, monitoring the health and progress of pregnant women.
- Provide guidance, education, and emotional support to expectant mothers and their families.
- Assist in labor and delivery, ensuring a safe and supportive birthing experience.
- Perform postpartum care, offering guidance on newborn care and maternal recovery.
- Administer medications and medical interventions as needed, in accordance with established protocols.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records and documentation.
- Collaborate seamlessly with obstetricians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Participate in continuous education and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in midwifery and maternal healthcare.
- Bachelor's degree in Midwifery or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Current state licensure as a Registered Midwife.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a practicing midwife.
