Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the recruitment process on behalf of an organization.
  • Sourcing and hiring the right candidates.
  • Developing recruitment strategies and procedures.
  • Maintaining relationships with educational institutions and recruitment agencies.
  • Planning for and ensuring the recruitment of staff sufficient to organization needs.
  • Identifying Staffing Needs, Developing Recruitment Strategies, Job Posting and Advertising, Screening Resumes and Conducting Interviews, Making Job Offers and Negotiating Contracts, Ensuring Compliance with Employment Laws.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a HR/recruitment role  
  • Working knowledge of ATS systems
  • Great negotiation skills
