We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Real Estate Marketer to join our dynamic sales and marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling Covek Properties’ luxury developments, generating quality leads, and maintaining excellent client relationships. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base, representing our brand with professionalism, and ensuring a seamless experience for clients interested in our premium properties. The candidate must possess strong communication, and negotiation.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Market and promote Covek Properties’ estates, homes, and investment opportunities to potential buyers.
- Generate and manage qualified leads through social media marketing, networking, referrals, and direct engagement.
- Conduct property tours, client presentations, and follow-ups to close sales deals.
- Provide detailed and accurate information about properties, pricing, and payment plans.
- Develop marketing campaigns and promotional materials in collaboration with the sales team.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and investors.
- Stay informed about current market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
- Prepare and submit weekly marketing and sales reports to management.
- Represent the Covek brand with integrity and professionalism at all times.
Requirements:
- OND/HND/B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 1–3 years experience in real estate marketing or sales (experience in Lagos real estate market, especially Lekki and Ajah axis, is an advantage).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong digital marketing and social media skills (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business, etc.).
- Goal-oriented, persuasive, and self-motivated to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Sound knowledge of real estate trends, property documentation, and client management.
- Must reside within or around Lekki/Ajah/Victoria Island.
