Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for all construction and interior projects
- Develop accurate cost estimates from drawings and site measurements
- Monitor project budgets and track cost performance
- Work closely with Project Managers to control costs on-site
- Support procurement by sourcing, comparing, and negotiating with vendors
- Prepare variation costings and assess change orders
- Conduct market surveys to maintain updated material and labour rates
- Provide cost advice during the design stage to ensure buildability within budget
- Assist in contract documentation and financial reporting
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of proven work experience.
- A minimum of a degree in a related field.
