We are looking for an experienced Procurement/purchasing personnel to oversee the sourcing, purchasing, buying, and supply chain management of hotel goods and services. The ideal candidate must have at least 4 years of procurement/purchasing experience with a hotel, with a strong background in the hotel or hospitality industry.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Source and purchase hotel supplies, including food & beverage, housekeeping materials, guest amenities, and equipment.
- Negotiate favorable terms with vendors and suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
- Maintain and manage supplier relationships while ensuring timely deliveries.
- Ensure all purchases comply with hotel standards, budget, and quality control policies.
- Conduct market research to identify better purchasing opportunities.
- Handle procurement documentation, including purchase orders and supplier contracts.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Strong knowledge of hotel supply chain operations and vendor sourcing.
- Excellent negotiation, budgeting, and cost-saving skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and inventory management tools.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
